- We are restricted by our land use permissions to make any permanent changes to the site.

- We are more than happy to advise on the location of pitches, our facilities, your concerns and suitability for your requirements on prior or during booking. Please do not hesitate to ask.
- We are a small site located on a hill on the North Cornish Coast and within an Area of Great Landscape Value – our location is perfect for star-gazing, biodiversity and wildlife, so the site has no ancillary lighting. All guests are advised to bring torches to find their way around the site. Lighting is solar powered and low luminance due to the abundance of wildlife. There is a solar powered light in the toilet.
- There is an area of hardcore in the parking area. The rest of the farm and campsite is grass/pasture land. During heavy rain they may be muddy and slippery under foot.
- Cars are parked on the small grass area on a gentle slope outside the main camping area and there is a short walk to the pitches. A wheelbarrow is provided to help transport luggage.


- There is a farm gate from the road to the parking area and another farm gate onto the main camping area.

- The main camping area comprises of a 1-acre field on a slope with mown paths and are not serviced by tarmac roads. We would not recommend these areas for wheelchair users or those with mobility restrictions.
- We have mown a path through the farm to avoid traffic on the single track road to the beach and local shops which is a 10 – 15 minute walk. There are a few metres of road to the nearest pavement. The path through the farm has some steep slopes and undulating ground.

- Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are accepted in all areas.
- Bell Tents are fitted with smoke detectors and a fire blanket/extinguisher.
- The Bell Tents are non-smoking
- The site is on a slope and the ground may be undulating. A wheelbarrow is provided to help guests transport their equipment the few metres to their pitch and we can also be of assistance to transport anything heavy.
- We are able to deliver logs, kindling, eggs and produce to your pitch.
- There is a mown path to pitches, the compost toilet and shower. The toilet and shower are at the bottom of the site slope. The shower is at ground level and the toilet has two steps.


- Our toilet and shower are gender neutral. There is space in the toilet for parents/carers and young children.

- The campsite has a 10pm low noise and light policy and with only five pitches is a quiet and calm site in nature. The distances between pitches help to maintain peace and privacy for guests.

- The campsite is Off Grid and has no source of electricity. There is a drinking water tap and a grey water disposal point.

- There is a beach wheelchair available at Bettys Newsagents and Surf Hire in Mawgan Porth.
- The nearest train stations are Newquay or Bodmin.
- There is a bus stop at Mawgan Porth.
